How to delete your account

You can delete your Spanish Progress account and all associated personal data at any time, directly from the app.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open the Spanish Progress app and sign in.
  2. Go to your Profile, then open Settings.
  3. Tap Delete my account.
  4. Confirm. Your account, your progress and all personal data stored by Spanish Progress are permanently deleted. This action is irreversible.

If you have a subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in the store where you subscribed:

  • iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Spanish Progress → Cancel.
  • Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Spanish Progress → Cancel.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, write to us at contact@spanishprogress.app from the email address linked to your account, and we will delete your account and data for you.
